These individuals have committed to walking alongside the vision, helping ensure that Devotion in Motion remains spiritually grounded, mission focused, and aligned with God’s direction.
Minister Tajhinea Jones
Tajhinea Jones is a proud wife to Jonathan Jones. She is also a licensed and ordained Minister of the Gospel. She’s the founder of Devotion in Motion, a faith based ministry created to encourage believers to live out their faith daily, Not just in word, but in action. With a heart for discipleship and spiritual growth, Tajhinea is passionate about helping people deepen their relationship with God and walk confidently in their God given calling.
Professionally, She currently serves in ministry as a Children and Family Ministries Coordinator, where she works closely with children, families, and volunteers to cultivate spaces that are spiritually enriching, biblically grounded, and welcoming to all. Tajhinea is also pursuing her Master of Divinity, further equipping herself for ministry leadership, teaching, and theological formation.
Devotion in Motion was founded out of Tajhinea’s personal journey of faith, learning what it means to move when God calls, trust Him in seasons of uncertainty, and remain devoted even when the path isn’t clear. What began as obedience became a ministry centered on worship, community, discipleship, and real life faith.
Her prayer is that Devotion in Motion would be a place where people feel seen, encouraged, challenged, and reminded that faith is not passive it’s active, lived, and continually moving.
Founder & Director 
Jonye Kirtz
Jonye is a psalmist, prophetic voice, and devoted intercessor whose life is anchored in intimacy with God and obedience to His call. Her spiritual leadership was cultivated early, becoming President of the largest Christian organization on her college campus, where she led with discernment, prayer, and a heart for unity. Through worship, prayer, and prophetic insight, she carries a mantle to encourage, awaken, and strengthen believers to walk boldly in their faith.
Professionally, Jonye serves in special education as a Behavioral Aid, while also thriving as a Media Manager and Brand & Marketing Strategist. As an entrepreneur and visionary, she is the founder of The Lighthearted Collective, a Christian and wellness-centered community created to nurture spiritual growth, emotional wellness, and intentional living.
At home, she is a devoted wife and mommy—yet in the spirit, she is a warrior, standing watch through prayer and intercession. Jonye’s life reflects the balance of gentleness and authority, creativity and discipline, faith and action.

2nd ViceNaya Hodges Flakes
Minister Naya Hodges-Flakes is a lover of Jesus with a heart for salvation, discipleship, and growing closer to God in real and honest ways. Through truth, testimony, and creative expression, she desires to support others in deepening their walk with Christ and living from who they truly are in Him. She seeks to live out a faith marked by reverence for the early Church, obedience to the Spirit, quiet authority as a daughter of God, and a continual return to first love. She is honored to serve alongside her beloved sister in love in this ministry. She is also the founder of Simply Sea Stone where she makes Skin Care products.
TreasurerDaritza Montiel
Born in Cuba and grounded in a growing but strong Christian faith, Daritza Montiel is a mother, entrepreneur, and CEO and Founder of Elioren AI Solutions Corp. Her life and work are centered on serving God and others through integrity, stewardship, and obedience to her calling. She is passionate about supporting ministries through sponsorship, strategic guidance, and resource alignment so they can expand their reach and impact. Daritza believes business is a tool for service and that faith-led leadership can create lasting transformation in communities.
